Our aim has always been to remove the stress and inconvenience any no fault accident inevitably causes, and deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.

From the outset of your first notification of a claim to us our processes are designed to minimise the impact of the incident upon your daily routine. Immediately you will be allocated your own dedicated claims handler who will oversee your claim from start to finish. We will liaise with all other parties involved in the accident as well as your own and the third party’s insurance company.


Whilst your vehicle is off the road you will be provided with if required, a “like for like” replacement hire vehicle for the duration of repairs or until a settlement cheque has been received in the event of your vehicle being a total loss. Included within this service is the free collection and delivery of your vehicle as well as the replacement hire vehicle to a convenient location of your choice.

Often the total cost of the no fault claim will be recovered directly from the “at fault” party’s insurer and so you will not incur an excess or have your “no claims bonus” adversely affected.


 Our service partners are 1st Tier subscribers to the Association of British Insurers General Terms of Agreement claims protocol, this ensures that no fault claims are dealt with efficiently and within pre-agreed strict acceptable guidelines. This enables your no fault accident claim to be fast-tracked and concluded in the shortest possible time frame.

We take away the hassle of the aftermath of a no fault car accident at a potentially very stressful time by providing a seamless response to the very complicated world of insurance claims.

FAQs

Q1. What will I need to bring when I hire?
A1. You will need to bring your licence something with your name and address on(utility bill or council tax no later than 2 months old). The online licence check code or know yur National Insurance number also You will need a valid credit or debit card for the deposit.
Q2. How much deposit must I leave?
A2. Our standard deposit is £250.00. This is higher if you are under 25 years of age or do not fall within our standard terms & conditions.
Q3. How old do I have to be to hire?
A3. You can hire if you are aged 21 to 69 years, If you are 70 to 80 years will need to refer you to the insurers.
Q4. What if I do not have my licence with me when I come to hire?
A4. We can carry out a DVLA check when you arrive at an extra cost of £10.00.
Q5. What if have penalty points on my licence?
A5. We can hire to you without restriction if you have up to 6 penalty points & if they are not for a serious offence.
Q6. What if my licence is not at my current address?
A6. We will need to do a DVLA check when you arrive at an extra cost of £10.00.
Q7. Can I drive using a foreign licence?
A7. You can drive using most EEC & non EEC driving licences but please call us to confirm this at the time of booking. Terms & conditions apply.
Q8. How long must I of held my licence?
A8. If you are driving on a UK licence you must have held it for a minimum of 2 year. If your licence was issued out side the UK then you must have held it for a minimum of 3 years.
Q9. Are there any mileage restrictions?
A9. All our vehicles come with 250 mileage restriction per 24 hour hire period.
Q10. Is insurance included?
A10. Our hire rates include fully comprehensive insurance cover.
Q11. What is the insurance excess?
A11. Our standard excess is £1250.00 for cars and will be higher for larger vehicles.
This excess is only applicable to drivers aged over 25 years of age. Driver under the age of 25 years will have a higher excess.
Q12. Can I lower the excess?
A12. You can opt to lowering the excess by purchasing the Collision Damage Waiver at an extra cost which can be purchased online. The cost is dependent on the age of the driver, the vehicle hired and certain insurance conditions. CDW is not available for driver under the age of 25 years. We do not offer this and will have to be bought before hiring a vehicle from us.
Q13. Is breakdown cover included?
A13. All our vehicle are covered by the RAC.
Q14. Can I take the vehicle abroad?
A14. Only with our prior consent. There will be an extra charges for European insurance & Breakdown cover.
